“Safe Access Oʻahu” mandate

In accordance to the “Safe Access Oʻahu” mandate, all customers are required to, “show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result taken within the previous 48 hours in order to enter the establishment. Children under 12 years old are exempt.” This mandate will be in effect as of September 13th, 2021.

If you are unable to provide one of these two documents, we will have to cancel your tour and you will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your tour and be refunded, please read our cancellation policy and be sure to do so, no later than 7 days prior to your tour date.

Kailua Ocean Adventures will be requiring all those above the age of 12 to email a picture of their vaccination cards OR negative test result with Identification card to aloha@koacanoes.com, at a minimum of 24 hours before their excursion. Failure to do so will result in cancelation. Our crew will NOT validate or approve vaccination cards or test results at the canoe or on the beach.
