TESTIMONIALS

“Joe and Kiki were amazing tour guides--friendly, fun, professional, accommodating, and very focused on showing us a great time. We toured Mokulua Island, saw a monk seal, jumped into the salt water pool, saw critters, and had a nice snorkel dip in the water away from the tourists. If I weren't moving back to the mainland, I'd hit KOA every week. This has been the absolute highlight of my time as a Hawaii resident.”

“We had a great time riding on the sailing canoe out to the Mokolua Islands! What a fun way to spend half a day, gliding over the water with a sail. Exploring the island was a lot of fun, between seeing seals, clambering over rocks, and swimming in beautiful tidepools. My husband and I are so glad that we did this.”

“This was the highlight of our Hawaii trip. Joe and Noah were fun and excellent hosts and guides. They were very informative about the island history and environment. The time on Mokulua Island was amazing, Queen's bath was the highlight when we jumped in. It was fun for the adults (Mom and Dad) and 2 teenagers. We will definitely be back the next time we are on Oahu!”

Who we are

WHO WE  ARE
&
WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our goal is to enrich the guests with the history of the Wa’a (Hawaiian outrigger canoe) and Kailua. Our tour guides are all local waterman with years of experience, and come from first responder backgrounds. We aim to provide experience that truly embody Hawaiian culture, while safely being led by local waterman. We strive to give back to the community by employing local workers and offering free canoe excursions days to local residents.

In Kailua, we are blessed to call one of Hawaii’s most scenic and premiere paddling bays our home. Some of Hawaii’s very own heavy hitting Canoe clubs (Kailua, Kai Oni, Lanikai, and Windward KaI) train in these waters daily. But past the scenic views a of Popo’ia Island (Flat Island) and Na Mokulua (twin Islands) and the training ground of the bay is a deep history and importance of Kailua that we wish to share.
